About us

We're an established, growing specialty glass company serving the Philadelphia suburbs for over a decade. Our work includes frameless shower enclosures, custom mirrors, glass partitions, commercial glazing, and repair. We run on strong systems and a great reputation, and we're opening a second location.

The role

We're looking for an experienced glass professional to lead that new branch. This is a leadership role where you can earn $100K+ with uncapped upside through bonus and equity. You'll start by learning our proven operation from the inside: our processes, pricing, scheduling, and standards. Then you'll launch and run the new location with an ownership stake.

What you'll do

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the branch: crews, scheduling, installs, and quality control

• Estimate and sell jobs, and build relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors

• Hire, train, and develop installers and support staff

• Own branch performance: job profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth

• Work closely with ownership on launch planning and local market strategy

  
  

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in the glass or glazing trade (frameless shower doors strongly preferred)

• Proven experience leading crews or managing a shop, branch, or department

• Ability to estimate accurately and read job profitability

• Strong customer-facing skills and a reputation for doing things right

• Comfort with field service software

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
