Outside Sales - Residential Glass

Malvern, PA Full-Time - $90,000-$110,000+ (Base Salary + Commission)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement and an eye for detail. Your role will involve consulting with customers, providing estimates, and guiding them through the selection process for their residential glass needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer requirements

• Provide accurate and competitive estimates for services like frameless shower

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their

• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business

• Collaborate with our installation team to ensure project specifications and

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the residential glass

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, preferably Residential Glass (Shower Doors, Mirrors and/or Glass Replacement) or home improvement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to measure and provide precise estimates

• Engineer and order all glass and hardware

• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for in-home consultations
